Scholarships & Financial Aid
The 2024-2025 Ned McWherter Scholars Program application officially opens on January 1, 2024. The application is completed through the TSAC Student Portal. Students applying for the 2024-2025 Ned McWherter Scholars Program will be required to:
Attain a 32 composite ACT score or 1430 SAT score which places them in the top 3% of test takers nationally, and
Earn a minimum high school GPA, at the end of the semester prior to the semester of graduation, of at least 3.75 on a 4.0 scale.
The 2024-2025 Ned McWherter Scholars Program application will close on February 15, 2024. The applicant’s high school transcript must be received by the application deadline at [email protected] . Seniors will request a transcript via the Official Transcript form above.
