Transcript Request (Class of 2025 & Earlier)

For Class of 2025 graduates and earlier requesting a transcript be sent to a college or university, please use the link or QR code below to order your transcript. There is a fee of $5 for each transcript you need sent.

Following payment, please send a screenshot of the payment confirmation to Ms. Jessica Dooley at [email protected] along with the name of the college and email address where you need your transcript sent.
