Below you will find answers to some of our Frequently Asked Questions.
Where and when is prom?
Prom will be held at MTSU in the Student Union Building Ballroom. It will be March 16th from 7pm - 11pm.
Where do I park?
Directions will be emailed directly to the email on file for those who purchased a ticket. There is a parking lot directly in front of the entrance to the building that will be most convenient.
Where do I enter the Student Union Building?
You will use the entrance that has the grand staircase. Again, directions will be emailed to those who buy tickets.
Where do I buy tickets?
Tickets are available for purchase on Go Fan.
How much are tickets?
Tickets start at $50 per person if purchased January 26-31. Prices increase to $60 the month of February. A final price increase to $70 will begin March 1-14.You are limited to 2 tickets per person.
What is the ticket promo code on Go Fan?
The ticket promo code is your OTHER ID number from Skyward. You can only redeem it once to buy your tickets.
What do I do if I'm bringing a guest that does not attend Rockvale?
You need to submit the Prom Visitor Approval Form to Mrs. Salmons in Room 123 ASAP. Make sure that you also include a picture of your guest's photo ID with your form.
Who is allowed to be my guest?
Details are on the Prom Visitor Form. You may bring a date that is a sophomore, junior, or senior at RVHS or another school. Guests can not be older than 20 years old.
What do I need to bring with me the night of prom?
You need to bring your tickets (electronic, on your phone) so that they can be redeemed. A screenshot is NOT sufficient. We have to be able to redeem them. You and your guest also need to bring a form of photo ID with you.
What can I expect at Prom?
There will be light refreshments and drinks. There will be favors. There will be a 360 photo booth. In addition, there will be games and prizes.
When is the crowning?
The crowning will take place at 10:00 PM.
When do I need to leave by?
You must leave by 11 PM. Make sure you have a way to get home. You cannot stay after 11 PM.
Can parents attend?
No. There is no senior walk as it is a senior-only prom.
