Registering for the AP Exam is a 2-step process
Administration will be visiting AP classes to discuss the application process with students. Please do not sign up until we have visited your AP class.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS NOVEMBER 12th

STEP ONE:
Open the document below and follow the instructions for how to register for the School Cash Online Payment Portal. This new portal allows you to pay for the test online. To create an account, you will need to know your State ID (lunch number).
Once you create an account, you should have the option of selecting whichever AP exam(s) you intend to take.
*If you are approved for Free or Reduced Lunch, see the information below under "Frequently Asked Questions" for payment information. Do NOT use the School Cash Online Portal.
STEP TWO:
Compete the AP Exam Application and turn that into Mrs. Tasha Wells, the Guidance Secretary. See the document below. Your AP teacher will also have paper copies of the AP Exam Application.

Frequently Asked Questions about the AP Exam
Question:
How much does each AP exam cost?
Answer:
Each AP exam costs $100
AP Seminar and AP Research cost $150
Question:
What if I am approved for free or reduced lunch?
Answer:
If you are approved for free or reduced lunch, please do NOT use the School Cash Online portal. Instead, take your completed AP exam application to Mrs. Wells in the Guidance Office, and she will assist you with registering for AP exams. If you need assistance with payment, please email Monica West.
Question:
If I do not take the AP exam, do I lose my five AP Rigor Points?
Answer:
Yes, you lose some of those points. If you do not take the AP exam, only three rigor points will be added to your grade, not five. This is a district-wide policy.
Question:
What if I have accommodations?
Answer:
IEP and 504 Testing Accommodations are NOT automatically applied to AP Exams. School staff will apply to have those accommodations approved by the College Board.
