Golf

 

The mission of the Rockvale High School Golf Team is to cultivate an environment where student-athletes grow both on and off the course. We are committed to promoting excellence in academics, fostering strong family values, and developing character through sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork. Our program emphasizes the importance of integrity, respect, and perseverance, ensuring that our players leave with life skills that extend far beyond the game of golf. Together, we strive to achieve success, celebrate each other’s achievements, and represent our school and community with pride.

 

Mandatory Parent/Player Meeting: May 22nd 6:00pm CTE Hall Lecture Room (enter near portables)

 

Tryouts: June 2nd 1:00pm at Indian Hills Golf Course (arrive early to warmup) 

 

Practice begins: July 7th @4:30pm

 

 

Students who plan on trying out must have current physical dated APRIL 15, 2025 or after.  There are no exceptions, this is county policy. Students must also have a Final Forms account with UPDATED paper work located in the correct places, signed and uploaded into their account and be at 100%. This includes uploading your physicals. Athletes without this completed will be turned away and unable to tryout. Coaches do not have time during the tryout to organize athletes Final Forms account. THIS IS THE PARENTS RESPONSIBILITY. 

***You do not need to create a NEW account every year, all forms need to be resigned yearly and a new physical must be uploaded. 

 

 

 

If you are a high school sophomore and would like to play at the next level, here are a few links that can assist you in the process. Due to Covid, Division I schools cannot contact until summer after your junior year. Division II to JuCo do not have such restrictions. Please check out links provided.
